VIPS Lab论文发表规定

        本室鼓励研究生在攻读博士或硕士学位期间潜心科学研究,并在国内外主流期刊或会议上公开发表学术论文。为了营造严谨的学风,在论文投稿前,须经导师审阅, 并由导师作为通信作者(Corresponding Author)进行投稿。未经审阅和批准而贸然投出的论文,文责自负,不得将导师列为共同作者,不能计入 毕业要求的论文之内,版面费自理。

        博士生至少发表研究生院要求的核心期刊论文3篇(或按下列方法等效为3篇)与论文相关的文章,其中至少2篇被SCI检索 (其中必须有一篇主流的国际期刊),我室要求每位博士研究生必须有一篇国际Top期刊论文或《中国科学》、《科学通报》、《自然科学进展》、《电子学报》、《计算机学报》、《软件学报》、《通信学报》和《自动化学报》级别期刊的论文,同时要求提交国家发明专利至少1项。每位博士生在读期间,本室只承担两篇国内核心期刊论文的版面费(对贡献突出者可适当放宽此要求),资助两篇本领域重要国际会议论文注册费(比如:ICML,NeurIPS, ICCV,CVPR,SIGIR, ACM MM,AAAI,IJCAI,ECCV等)和参加一次国际会议(国内召开,对贡献突出者可资助到国外参加国际会议)的差旅费,国际刊物论文则无此限制。博士生在向导师提出毕业申请时,应在二区以上国际刊物(SCI)上发表一篇论文(至少应有2篇投稿,而且只计数作者排名前两名的论文),如果达不到此要求,请不要贸然提出毕业申请。 毕业前,必须提交一项可演示的研究成果,并集成到实验室的演示平台上。

        博士研究生在录用一篇本领域主流国际期刊论文后,可提出申请CSC奖学金赴海外联合培养一年的申请,导师将协助推荐海外合作导师。

        对于硕士生,不鼓励向刊物提交学术论文,提倡撰写技术报告、软件著作权或发明专利 ,重点放在软硬件系统的开发设计上面,倡导从事不可替代性和有显示度的系统研制。

        论文的资助项目:       

        论文资助的项目可以以两种形式出现:(1)在论文首页的脚注;(2)在论文结论和参考文献之间的致谢中。请在投稿前要确认期刊和会议接受的标注形式。

        每篇文章的版面费主要来自上述项目的资助。每篇文章至少选择其中三个项目进行标注,每个项目资助33.3%的版面费。在正式发表的论文中,标注了上述一个指定的项目及编号就可得到相应比例的版面费资助。待编辑部返回版面费发票后,由课题组予以报销。否则版面费自理。

 

        高新波简历(为论文后的作者简介,照片1照片2照片3)        

        高新波,男, 博士,教育部长江学者特聘教授(2012-2016),国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。1972年生于山东莱芜,分别于1994年、1997年和1999年在西安电子科技大学获得学士、硕士和博士学位。现任西安电子科技大学 大数据安全教育部工程研究中心主任、重庆邮电大学图像认知重庆市重点实验室教授,科技部重点领域创新团队负责人、教育部创新团队负责人,IET Fellow、CIE Fellow、IEEE高级会员、中国图象图形学学会常务理事、中国电子学会理事、中国计算机学会 杰出会员、陕西省电子学会图象图形工程专委会主任委员。目前主要从事机器学习、 图像处理、计算机视觉、模式识别和多媒体内容分析等领域的研究和教学工作。

         Short Biography

        Xinbo Gao (M'02-SM'07) received the B.Eng., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in signal and information processing from Xidian University, Xi'an, China, in 1994, 1997, and 1999, respectively. From 1997 to 1998, he was a research fellow at the Department of Computer Science, Shizuoka University, Shizuoka, Japan. From 2000 to 2001, he was a post-doctoral research fellow at the Department of Information Engineering, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. Since 2001, he has been at the School of Electronic Engineering, Xidian University. He is currently a Cheung Kong Professor of Ministry of Education of P. R. China, a Professor of Pattern Recognition and Intelligent System, and a Professor of Computer Science and Technology of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. His current research interests include Image processing, computer vision, multimedia analysis, machine learning and  pattern recognition. He has published six books and around 300 technical articles in refereed journals and proceedings. Prof. Gao is on the Editorial Boards of several journals, including Signal Processing (Elsevier) and Neurocomputing (Elsevier). He served as the General Chair/Co-Chair, Program Committee Chair/Co-Chair, or PC Member for around 30 major international conferences. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and a Fellow of the Chinese Institute of Electronics.
