Resume  

Dr. Shui  received  the Bachelor Degree in Department of Applied Mathematics at Xidian University, in 1989 , received Master Degree in Department of Mathematics in Nanjing University, in 1992,  and received PH. D. Degree in National Lab. of radar signal processing at Xidian University in 1999. Since 2001, he is a professor of National Lab. of Radar Signal Processing, Xidian University.

  Dr. Shui research interests include: Wavelet theory and Multirate Filter Bank Design, Directional Filter Banks and Image Processing , and Time-Frequency Analysis and Radar Target Detection.
