Invitation Letter for Visa Application

For any foreign participant to the conference who needs an invitation letter for applying Chinese visa, please complete the Request for an Invitation Letter and email it to mpeg90@gmail.com, together with a scanned copy of your passport before September 1st 2009 September 20th 2009 (extended).

Note that registration must be made before requesting an invitation letter.

Please submit the application as early as possible, in order to leave plenty of time to process the application. We suggest submitting it by September 1st 2009 September 20th 2009 (extended), so that the invitations can be prepared and dispatched in a timely manner.
