CIERadar 2006 (ICR2006) will be held at Shanghai, the most exciting and luxurious city in China, October 16-19,2006. This is the 5th international conference on Radar held in China as one in the series of international radar conference. CIE Radar 2006 is directed toward research and development aspects of military and civil radar technology. It will establish a forum for the exchange of ideas and dissemination of information on existing and future radar technology. The theme of the conference is: Revolutionary Development of Radar.

Here is the turtorial schedule.In column of selection, you can mark “√” or write words in which you intend to listen and indicate your selection of tutorials.Then, you should send this form (PDF file) to icr2006@xidian.edu.cn before Sept. 1st,2006. 07/20//2006 About the discout of registeration fee!

There are some authors who asked us if there is discount for registration fee. The committee should regard the cost of running such a international conference in Shanghai and has a declaration as following:

1. If there are two authors for same paper to attend Radar-2006, the second author's registration fee can cut 50%, but he can not get extra hard copy and CD of conference proceedings.

2. Each paper should be registered as full rate. If one author have several paper acccped, there is no discount for each paper regardless of his/her sequence in the authors list of the paper.

07/03//2006 Urgent Information for some authors having not receiving our informing letter!

We have released informing letters for all the authors submitting their paper to ICR-2006. But recently we learn that some authors still maybe not receive the letters. We also found that many emails we delivered still returned. Most of emails were sent to the free mailbox of sina.com website.

So we asked these authors who didn’t receive any response to contact with icr2006@xidian.edu.cn quickly and tell us another reliable mailbox instead of mailbox of sina.com.
